Executive and Management Reporting
Supplement transactional data with appropriate management reporting capabilities. For executive reporting the solution usually starts with an analysis of corporate strategies and targets to create a balanced set of key performance indicators (KPI). An appropriate BI solution with on-line analytical capabilities are used to provide drill-down capabilities on the identified KPI’s. KPI’s, trends, alerts and exceptions are visually displayed in a wide variety of formats to support “management by exception.” Management reporting functionality with integrated drill-down capabilities is commonly implemented to support the company’s key business strategies and performance indicators (KPI’s).
