Madiba has been responsible for many SAP projects with a Project Management Office (PMO) in place that uses comprehensive methodologies and creative management techniques. Madiba assists in evaluating all phases of an implementation, namely the business case development, planning, development, testing, roll-out and post-production support plans and processes.
SAP ECC
Since most of our consultants have over 10 years of SAP experience in many different industries, we are able to evaluate existing implementations and identify opportunities to use standard best practices or to enhance ECC’s standard functionality.
Business Warehouse
Based on over 10 years of datamarting and data warehousing experience which includes significant BW technical experience, we are able to suggest appropriate applications of BW in an SAP environment.
SEM
Most of our implementations require direct interaction with executives and senior management. Combined with our experience in implementing SEM, we are able to evaluate the application of SEM on both a business and technical level.

Our experience in ECC, BW and SEM data and reporting enables us to evaluate the appropriate and most effective sources of SAP data for portal technologies.
