Business Warehouse (BW)
We have been involved in the implementation of BW since it was initially introduced by SAP as a data warehousing solution. Our experience include rapid implementations using pre-configured functionality as well as highly optimized configuration to deliver a robust data warehousing and reporting solution. Usually our projects start off with the development of an appropriate reporting framework that is based on performance management, balanced scorecard and management-by-exception concepts. Executive dashboards that employ web-based reporting functionality and integrated drill-down functionality are then implemented to support the company’s key business strategies and performance indicators (KPI’s).

Strategic Enterprise Planning (SEM)
We have been involved in the first implementations of SEM. SEM compliments R/3 by largely focusing on the executive processes taking place in the organization. For example, we have implemented SEM to support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycle. Using SEM we automated many of the manual processes to allow for more detailed planning at a faster pace. Accordingly, executives can view the result of a change in plans faster than before. We integrate SEM with BW to leverage BW’s data warehousing and reporting capabilities. We also integrate SEM with R/3 to update plan data for transactions processing.

In addition we deliver services associated with SEM’s Management Cockpits and Financial Consolidations.
