As a result of successful delivery and a good track record at other clients, Madiba was called upon for assistance in a non-ERP project at a large financial institution. The project spanned across two phases touching a myriad of legacy and package-based systems.

Phase 1:

Performed a critical Data Redundancy and Restoration project for a leading national financial banking institution. The results of the "data clean-up" initiative led to the creation of a management hierachy that is utilized to support the Kadiri incentive management system bankwide. Conducted a business process improvement implementation within the Home Loans and Insurance Services Department to support the banks cost center management process.

Phase 2:

Madiba recently was called back to assist the nation-wide leading mortgage financial institution to implement the Callidus TrueComp system. Our team was chartered to translate the business process requirements into solutions within the system design. Madiba provided Change Management and Business Enablement Process Management services to support the system roll-out that touched four major business areas totalling 16,000 plus plan participants.
